Relationship-first 1:1 support, in-home or out in the community, for the things that can be challenging to do alone. Practical help with daily living, community access, and predictable routines, alongside a support worker whose vibe genuinely fits.
- Regulation support in real moments (calm presence, co-regulation, sensory-aware pacing)
- Daily routines and self-care support (morning and evening flow, prompts, planning the day)
- Meal support and meal preparation to reduce overwhelm (shopping, cooking together, simple systems)
- Household tasks done together (resetting spaces, laundry routines)
- Appointments, transport, and life admin support (planning, getting there, attending, follow-up)
