Why work with us
At Soul Support we hire people who have the right experience and share our values of creativity, connection, and authenticity. If you care about working alongside neurodivergent young people and want to make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
- Meaningful impact: build real relationships and see genuine change in people’s lives.
- Creative and collaborative: work somewhere that values art, music, and self-expression.
- Supportive team culture: strong feedback loops and a team where every voice is heard.
- Flexibility and growth: ongoing training and professional development.
What we look for
We hire on more than qualifications. We look for genuine enthusiasm, creativity, and life experience. Ideal team members:
- Have experience in disability support, youth work, mental health, or related fields.
- Are creatives, artists, musicians, or people whose hobbies can inspire participants.
- Understand strength-based approaches and relationship-first care.
- Are committed to ongoing learning and mutual support within the team.
Roles available
Support workers (casual and contract): work one-on-one or in small groups, supporting participants in daily activities, social connection, and creative expression.
Program facilitators: lead or assist creative programs such as music production, screen printing, DJing, ceramics, and more.
Future opportunities: we’re working towards in-house allied health professionals (psychologists, OTs, speech therapists) to build a fully integrated model of support.
