Work with us

Join the team. We hire for values, creativity, and lived experience. Here’s who we look for, the roles we have, and how to send an expression of interest.

For participants

Thinking about support for yourself? Who we work with, how NDIS funding fits, and the no-pressure ways to get started.

For families & carers

Supporting someone you love? How we support your loved one, how we communicate, and how we keep you informed.

Questions families and participants ask

How do I start as a participant with Soul Support?

Reach out through the contact page and we’ll set up a relaxed conversation about what you’re into and what support would help. There’s no pressure and no obligation to commit.

Do you support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants?

Yes. We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants and their plan managers to use NDIS funding for the supports you choose.

How can I work with Soul Support?

We hire for values, creativity, and lived experience. If you want to do meaningful support work, send an expression of interest through the Work with us page and tell us about you.

How does Soul Support keep families and carers informed?

We share how sessions are going, flag anything important early, and keep in touch the way that suits your family (a quick message, a call, or a regular check-in) while respecting your loved one’s voice.

What areas does Soul Support cover?

Soul Support covers the Gold Coast to Byron Bay, including the Tweed Shire and the Northern Rivers.
